2022 Newsletter

What an extraordinary year it has been so far! Haddon Rig has received more than 800mm of rainfall in the last 12 months. Like many, it has resulted in flooding through our creek system and in the Macquarie River country. While it has caused some difficulty with moving sheep and farming activities, including sowing and picking cotton, we have been blessed to have had minimal disruptions.
As I say, there is more money in mud than dust, so we'll always take the rain!

We've had plenty going on at Haddon Rig and are excited to bring you our annual newsletter where you can read all about it.
We have the latest stud updates, news and client testimonials for you to catch up on.

With the end of COVID travel restrictions, we are able to get back on the road. As you read this email, we exhibiting at the 2022 Australian Sheep and Wool Show in Bendigo, Victoria.

We have already been to the Walgett Show, Queensland State Sheep Show at Cunnamulla and the Warren Show - a stark contrast to the past two years where outings were very limited.
It's great to be back out in the ring and catching up with you all again.

The Falkiner family would like to take this opportunity to thank our staff and all our clients for their hard work and support during a difficult past 12 months. With careful planning and a favourable seasonal outlook, we believe agriculture will have has a strong and prosperous future for us all.
